Description

The U.S. Department of Labor is seeking qualified general contractors for the St. Louis Job Corps Center located in St. Louis, Missouri. We are looking for general contractors that qualify under the Small Business Programs mentioned in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 19. When submitting your response, please indicate under which programs you meet the criteria. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT for planning purposes only. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. Market research is being conducted to determine if there are small business with capabilities and experience. The project involves construction of a two-story Dormitory Building (approximately 28,000 GSF) at the St. Louis Job Corps Center, St. Louis, Missouri. The project also includes demolition of existing buildings and site work including utility installations, site/security, lighting, sidewalks/walkways, roadways, parking areas and landscaping. The cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 236220, and the Small Business Standard is $33.5 million. All interested parties are invited to submit a capabilities statement to Ms. Monica C.
