- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/synopcom.htm. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division entered into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Raytheon Company, 1330 Inverness Drive Suite 250, Colorado Springs, CO 80910-3747, with a ceiling amount of $6,700,000. The BOA covers a five year period from the award date of 27 Sept 2007. The BOA includes work for spares, repairs, modification, design upgrades, engineering support, and field support services of the Raytheon Company proprietary Mini OASIS system. Procurements under the BOA are conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is for the class of orders that may be issued by NSWC Crane under the BOA for a one-year period. Individual job orders issued by NSWC Crane will specify required tasks and all applicable terms and conditions. All responsible sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the BOA; such inquiries will be considered b! y this Agency.
