- SPRTA1-09-R-80405 FD2030-09-80405. THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS REQUIREMENT New Manufacture - Qualified Small Business Sources are Electro Methods and JT Slocumb Three Year ID/IQ Contract. NSN: 2840-01-004-1797RV P/N: 749777 Noun: Nozzle Assembly Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ) Year 1 (31 Mar 09): BEQ 161 each, Range 31-185 Year 2 (31 Mar 10): BEQ 103 each, Range 31-185 Year 3 (31 Mar 11): BEQ 104 each, Range 31-185 Applicable to: TF33P5/100/103 Destination: Tinker Air Force Base Delivery: To be complete by31 Mar 2011 Qualification Requirements DO apply. The small business sources listed above are the only known responsible small business sources with the data, expertise, tooling and test equipment required for the manufacture of these items to Government specifications. Government First Article may be required. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 14 Oct 08. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 13 Nov 08. The anticipated award date will be Dec 08. Written and electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. Copies of the solicitation must be obtained from the FedBizOpps website at www.eps.gov. Data must be obtained from the TeDs website at www.dodteds.com only after the solicitation has been issued. Note: Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
