- NSN: 3110-00-781-8191, SPM4A5-09-R-0040, PR IQC08003009023, Bearing, Ball, Duplex, in accordance with Drawing NR 19207 11589386 and approved source SKF USA Cage 52676 P/N: 11589386. This is a Source Controlled Item which must be manufactured and tested in accordance with the cited Limited Rights data. The Government can not provide the data. This item has foreign bearing waiver approval for FY09. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as an unrestricted procurement. This item is not commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price indefinite quantity contract (IQC) with a one year base period and four one year option periods. The guaranteed minimum for the base year only is 21 each. Estimated Annual Demand is 84 each and the Maximum Annual contract quantity is 168. FOB destination, inspection/acceptance origin. Request delivery is 122 DARO. Progress payments are not authorized for this NSN IAW FAR subpart 32.5. This NSN has a surge requirement with an MWR (monthly wartime requirement) of 3 each. A surge plan will be a required part of any response to this solicitation. Possible stock delivery locations are any CONUS facility. Solicitation may be available on or about October 14, 2008 and close on or about November 12, 2008. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
