Description

This acquisition is for a Indefinite Quantity, Fixed Price Contract with Economic Price Adjustment. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one of more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Award will be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS per NSN for the supplies covered under this contract. This is an UNRESTRICTED acquisition. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive, technical data, therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) 1. Contractors are required to have access to CLASSIFIED Data. The level of security clearance and document safeguarding/storage facility clearance is CONFIDENTIAL. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Copies of the solicitation will be available at the https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ and will not be available until 15 days after this notice is published in the FEDBIZOPPS. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.
