Description
PR No: IQC08206009007; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a SEAL, METALLIC, AIRCR used on an F110 Turbofan Engine. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. Configuration Control Applies. Source Control Applies. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 2840-01-200-5363. AEQ=216 and Maximum AEQ=324. The OEM: GENERAL ELECTRIC CO., CAGE: 07482, P/N 1316M63P04. APPROVED SOURCE: EATON CORPORATION, CAGE: 15284, P/N 10302. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 48 days. Surge requirement applies. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror’s product is equal to the product. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about October 10, 2008. The anticipated award date is February 20, 2009. Reference notes 22, 23, and 26.
