- NSN 1560-00-420-7873, proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for Windshield Panel, Aircraft, in accordance with Boeing Helicopter CAGE 77272 and AMCOM CAGE 81996, procurement package 114S1715 Rev “G” dated 3 Feb 03 and SS114S1715 Rev “C” dated 3 Feb 03, P/N 114S1715-35. Approved sources of supply are Control Logistics (CAGE 0YRW3) and Nordam Transparency (CAGE 0XF59). FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin applies. Item is critical application but is not CSI. Configuration control applies. Contractor First Article Testing and Government Fit Test are required. Mylar required. A technical data package DOES NOT exist for this item. Base period is 12 months with an option to extend terms of contract for 4 option years. Estimated annual demand is 48 each. There is a guaranteed minimum of 12 each for the base year only. Surge is required. Requested delivery is 120 days. Possible stock locations include: San Joaquin, CA and New Susquehanna, PA. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The solicitation will be available on or about 10/9/2008.
