Description: Due to a contradiction between block 10 of the SF 18, which contains standard language that proposals are due at close of business, and the notice which requires proposals by 12:00 Noon (the intended deadline), we will accept quotations until 12:15 AM PDST tonight. Any offeror who has already submitted a proposal may submit revisions until that time, but must clearly indicate in the email that it is a revision to a previously submitted proposal.
