- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provide unit pricing for the following herbicides: Aquathol K in 2 1/2 gallon containers and Aquathol Super K in 25 pound containers. FAR commercial clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.214-31 and DFAR 252.225-7001 are applicable. This requirement is unrestricted using NAICS 325320 for which the size standard is 500 employees. An indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract will be awarded for an estimated value of $550,000.00 (base plus one option year). The FOB delivery location will be either the Lake Seminole Maintenance compound located 1.5 miles north of Chattahoochee, FL at 2245 Booster Club Road or the Walter F. George Resource Management compound located at 1738 Powerhouse Road, Shorterville, AL 36373. Interested bidders are asked to submit their pricing information by fax to Helene Mitchell at 251-441-5765 by 2:00pm Central Time, September 25, 2008.
