Description

Pope AFB has a requirement to procure annual maintenance agreement for the meter machine on Pope AFB. Pope AFB intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory of 41 U.S.C. 253(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Pope AFB intends to negotiate a firm fixed - price purchase order with Pitney Bowes, 1 Elm croft Road Stamford CT 06926-0700, for annual maintenance agreement for the postal meter machine. This notice is not a request for competition quotes and no solicitation will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notice to the contract specialist, SrA Jenifer Garland via email at jenifer.hullak@pope.af.mil or by phone 910-394-6255 within 5 days from the date of publication of the synopsis. This information must be received by 23 Sept 08 at 4:00 PM EST.
