- Grade JP-8 Aviation Turbine Fuel, NSN: 9130-01-031-5816, MIL-DTL-83133E, dated April 1, 1999, Purchase Program 2.2A, Quantity 1,199,735,000 USG; Grade JP-5 Aviation Turbine Fuel, NSN: 9130-00-273-2379, MIL-DTL-5624U, dated January 5, 2004, Purchase Program 2.2C, Quantity 267,833,000 USG; and Grade F-76 Naval Distillate Fuel, NSN: 9140-00-273-2377, MIL-DTL-16884L, dated October 23, 2006, Purchase Program 2.5A, Quantity 168,605,000 USG. Requirements are for U.S. Inland, East and Gulf Coasts and Offshore locations. Ordering period is from date of award through March 31, 2010. Delivery period is April 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010 plus a thirty-day carryover period. Approximately 46.22% of all products are being set aside for small businesses. Copies of this Inland/East/Gulf RFP will be available via the World Wide Web (WWW) at the Defense Energy Support Center Home Page (www.desc.dla.mil) and/or the Federal Business Opportunities home page at www.fedbizopps.gov. A (WWW) posting notice will be sent to the firms on the solicitation mailing list on the date the Inland/East/Gulf RFP is issued and posted on the DESC Home Page and the FedBizOpps webpage. Requests for paper copies of this RFP or the WWW posting notice must be submitted by fax at (703) 767-9269 to ATTN: DESC-BCB (Matthew Shuster), RFP SP0600-09-R-0061. All responsible sources must submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Offerors are required to complete, sign and return the document titled Offer Submission Package to the Bid Custodian at DESC. See Note(s) 2, 9, and 12.
