- This is an update to the original pre-solicitation notice issued in October2007with draft documents uploaded in Jun 2008. SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) forSPAWAR Systems Center Charleston Command-Wide Administrative SupportServices. The majority of the work under this contract is envisioned to bewithinthe following areas: Clerical, Specialist, Technical and Assistant Tasks;Telephone Switchboard Services; Mail and Message Services Support; SecurityServices Support; Risk Prevention and Safety Advisory Services; Budget andAccounting Support Services; Travel Office Services; Workforce OptimizationOffice Support; Military Affairs Office Support; Command Communications andPublic Affairs Support; Logistical Support Services; Conference/Seminar SupportServices; World Wide Web or Web Publishing Support Services; ComputerOperator and Software Application Support Services; Contract ProgramManagement The subject procurement will be solicited as a 100% 8(a) competitiveprocurement. The Government intends to make a single award of an IndefiniteDelivery/ Indefinite Quantity, Time and Material, Performance Based typeservice contract. The period of performance will be a base year with four (4)one-year option periods. The applicable NAICS code for this effort will be561210, with a size standard of $32.5 million. The anticipated award date of the subject contract is scheduled for 26 MAY2009. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will beavailable over the Internet, on or about 24 Sep 2008, at the SPAWARBusiness Opportunity Website, located at the following address: http://E-Commerce.spawar.navy.mil.
