Solicitation 6FLS-K1-080520-I - FSC 8030 Sealing Compounds, will be issued on September 19, 2008. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will contain 13 non-stock NSNs. The period of the BPA will be 5 years beginning on 12/1/2008 or date of award, through 11/30/2013. All NSNs are written in accordance with brand name part numbers. Items 1, 2, 3, 5, 9, and 12 are set-aside for small business. No order will exceed $24,999. This BPA is in accordance with FAR 13.303. Delivery will be 30 days ARO with FOB Origin. Quantity price breaks are included, and award will be made in the aggregate. This BPA will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website which can be accessed through the internet at http://www.fbo.gov. Interested offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and submitting an offer to the address specified.
