- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT with Action Security, Inc to install video surveillance cameras to include cables and equipment to insure connectivity and compatibility to previous installed equipment they provided at Fort Wainwright, AK. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
