- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7, Network Contracting Activity intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Voice Data Communications, Incorporated to provide preventive maintenance, parts and repair service for the Security System installed at the Tuskegee Campus, VA Medical Center, CAVHCS, Tuskegee, AL. The NAICS code is 561621 and size standard is $12.5 million. The contract period will be from October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009 for a base and four (4) one-year option periods. This Notice of intent is Not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties that can provide similar services or equal product must submit their technical specifications of product or services, past performance information, price and delivery time, detailing how their services meet VA requirements, to the Contract Specialist via e-mail or fax at: 478-274-5591. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
