- The Capital District Contracting Center intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a Sole Source Basis under the authority of Section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996 with CANON USA, to provide five Canon Color imageRUNNER 3380G printers. This requirement necessitates the contractor to deliver these units to five different DAU locations. The delivery dates for each unit shall be 30 September 2008. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you wish to comment on this action, you must respond by 12:00 Noon, EST, 24 SEPT 2008.
