Description

The Document Automation and Production Services, Defense Logistics Agency is requesting sealed bids for a Multi-Year Operational Flat Rate Copier Lease And Support Contract located at various miscellaneous Navy and Marine Corps locations throughout Japan and Okinawa. This project provides for the lease, installation and removal; maintenance; training of operators; replenishment of consumable supplies; and relocation of approximately 1,300 variously configured networked and non-networked copiers and multifunctional devices on facilities in the designated areas. It will further provide for possible growth of the total requirement from zero to fifty-percent. The Government will not take ownership of the machines provided at any time. This procurement is a unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 532420 and the small business size standard is $23.0-million. Please be advised of on-line registration requirement in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov. A Request for Quotation solicitation package, will be available on or about 16 September 2008, for downloading at the Government’s website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. No paper copies will be issued. Interested parties should use the FedBizOpps [REGISTER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATION] and [REGISTER AS AN INTERESTED VENDOR] feature which provides notification when the RFQ becomes available for download and all postings associated with the solicitation, thereafter. Each potential bidder is responsible for checking this website to gain all the current information available. Any further announcements regarding this solicitation will be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
