The location of the housing facility is 1051 29 th Avenue, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on October 1, 2008 with four (4) possible one-year option periods. Services will end (if all options years are exercised) on September 30, 2013.
