Description

GOVERNMENT IS SEEKING TO COMPETE EXISTING LEASE LOCATIONS The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 6,005 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of Class A office space in the Columbia, Maryland area. All space shall be contiguous. The lease term shall be five (5) years. The delineated area is as follows: NORTH: Route 40 from Centennial Lane to Courthouse Drive EAST: Courthouse Drive to College Avenue to Landing Road to Interstate 95 SOUTH: Interstate 95 from Landing Road to Route 32 to Cedar Lane WEST: Cedar Lane to Route 108 to Centennial Lane to Route 40 The Government shall evaluate extensively the existing leased building inventory to determine the best value for the Government. The Government has an option to renew which must be evaluated. The cost of moving, alterations, and occupant agency mission, among other items will be considered when deciding whether it should relocate. The Government reserves the right to amend the delineated area and the terms of the Lease. Expressions of interest should include the following: *Building Name, Address, Parking Information and associated literature with AutoCad 1/8” scaled floor plans *ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, rentable square feet and associated rental rates
