- Please see Solicitation Number FA3020-08-R-0019 The purpose of this synopsis is to publicize the forthcoming acquisition to provide personnel and equipment for Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, Texas. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238290. The size standard is $14 million. The projected basic performance period is 1 October 2008 through 30 September 2009, plus four twelve-month option periods. The Government reserves its right to unilaterally exercise any/all remaining options for six-month option periods in lieu of the twelve-month option periods as a result of any subsequent OMB A-76 actions. The solicitation will be released approximately 5 September 2008. Contractors are solely responsible for monitoring the Internet to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. The solicitation and subsequent amendments will be publicized through the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at www.fbo.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments will not be provided under any circumstances. Prospective offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) for award of a contract. Registration can be accomplished electronically at www.ccr.gov. CCR information can be obtained electronically at the aforementioned website or by telephone at 1-888-227-2423.
