- Responses to questions received from interested participants and our responses follow (responses are in bold text following the questons): 1. Will contractor be required to train jumpers? No, training will be provided by the Government. 2. Will an adjustment be made if fuel prices increase? FAR Clause 52.216-2 Economic Price AdjustmentStandard Supplies will be included in the contract. The clause allows adjustment for increases/decreases of fuel prices + or 10% on a quarterly basis.
