- Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Yuma, AZ has a requirement for Satellite Phone Rental and Service. Contract shall be for a one-year base period of 1 October 2008 through and including 30 September 2009. This is a requirements contract. A single award will result from the solicitation. This is a 100% small business set aside solicitation. Quantities are estimates and not guaranteed. Detailed item descriptions and quantities will be included in the solicitation package. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 517410 and the Standard Industry Code (SIC) is 4899. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number M62974-09-T-8009 is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be issued on or about 15 September 2008. It is anticipated the closing date will be 22 September 2008, 3:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. All responsible quoters may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. The solicitation a! nd any subsequent amendments will be posted on the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective quoters are responsible for monitoring the site for any amendments. All interested quoters must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to receive an award. All interested quoters must be willing to invoice electronically through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Information on WAWF can be obtained at http://www.wawftraining.com.
