Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference/solicitation number is F3ZT898220A001; solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26 and Defense. DCN20080513. This acquisition will be a 100% Small business set-aside; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335313. The business size standard is 750 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is K061. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3613. Travis AFB would like for a contractor to develop and submit electrical plans to include drawings, connection diagrams, and specifications to electrically integrate operations, protection, and controls of two new generators into existing switch gear. The two new generators are rated 4160 VAC, 750-kW. Service will be at Travis Air Force Base, CA 94535. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
