- NSN 6210-01-264-1262, PR IQC0814009060; Nomenclature: Light, Indicator. RFP will be issued as an Unrestricted Procurement (Other than Full and Open Competition). Source: Lighting Components & Design (95263). Delivery will be 30 days after receipt of order. FOB = Destination; Inspection/Acceptance = Destination. Non-Commercial. This procurement will result in the award of an indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The unit of issue is each. The guaranteed minimum for the base year is 102 each. The estimated annual demand for the base (and option years, if exercised) is 408. The maximum annual contract quantity for the base year (and option years, if exercised) is 816. This is a critical application item. Automated Best Value System (ABVS): the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Cost and pricing data will be requested. A subcontracting plan will be required. This IQC does not have a surge requirement.
