Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit only written proposals for the RFQ. This acquisition is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside under the North American Industrial Classification Standard Code 334119 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 employees. Below is the combined synopsis/solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. All offerors MUST BE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTERED (CCR). Information concerning CCR registration requirements may be viewed via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. OFFERORS SHALL INCLUDE A COMPLETE COPY OF THE PROVISION AT FAR 52.212-3, OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS, WITH THEIR OFFER. Required period of performance (delivery date) is a period of thirty days from the date of award. Responses to this solicitation will be due by electronic submission on September 19, 2008 at 10:00 AM to Contract Specialist Jeremy Waldstreicher by e-mail (Jeremy.Waldstreicher@occ.treas.gov).
