Description

The Department of Treasury, Bureau of The Public Debt on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for: Cable and High Speed Internet services in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Award will be made to: Comcast of the District, LLC 900 Michigan Ave., NE Washington, DC 20017-1833 Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to psb1@bpd.treas.gov.
