- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, Florida is soliciting quotes from qualified distributors of Southeastern Kentucky Rehabilitation, Inc. PO Box 1692, Corbin, KY 40701 for procurement of multiple CLINS for the following commercially available items: small, medium, large and extra large cold weather shirts; medium, large and extra large cold weather jackets; medium, large and extra large cold weather trousers. The items being acquired have undergone extensive testing and qualification under the MARCORSYSCOM Parachuting Authority. Each part has been tested to perform to rigid requirements as specified in Marine Corps Order (MCO) 3500.20A for Marine Corps Parachuting and Diving Policy and Program Administration. Only those articles, which have been successfully tested, are qualified. The objective of this process is to verify that the system provides acceptable levels of safety and mission critical support throughout the system specific operating range and re! asonable assurance that the mission can be completed. Only this equipment provided by Southeastern Kentucky Rehabilitation, Inc. has been successfully tested and qualified by the U.S. Marine Corps.
