- The Government intends to procure Cisco switch and ancillary components competively. These components include Catalyst 4510 E-Series 10 Slot Chassis, Catalyst 4500 FE Switch Module, Catalyst 4500 E-Series 24-Port GE, GE SFP LC Connector LX/LX Transceiver, Catalyst 4500 E-Series SUP6-E 2X10GE XE with Twin GIG Interfaces, Catalyst 45XXR E-Series SUP6-E 2X10GE XE with Twin GIG Interfaces, 10GBASE-LR X2 Module, Catalyst 4500 In-Service Software upgrade License, Catalyst 4500E IOS Enterprise Services with SSH-Software, Catalyst 4500 IOA-Based Supervisor Flash memory, Catalyst 4500 2800 Watt AC Power Supply, US Power Cord Twist Lock NEMA 6-20 Plug, CISCO Twin GIG Converter Module, and SMARTNET 8X5XNBD WS-4510R-E Warranty. The Brand Name Justification is attached. NOTE: DFARS 252.204-7004 Alternate A, Required Central Contractor Registration, applies to all solicitations issued on/after 6/1/98. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Please ensure compliance with this registration when submitting your statement. Call 1-888-227-2423 or view at http://www.ccr.gov/ for more information. Futhermore, the contractor awardee shall be required to self-register at https://wawf.eb.mil to ensure compliance and utilization of Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). 52.204-8 requires that each offeror complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website at http://www.bpn.gov. Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, including Alt 1, Offeror Representations and Certifications / Commercial Items (JUN 2008) with its quote including DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certification / Commercial Items (JUN 2005) if applicable.
