- The response date referenced above is estimated. Issue date is on or around 9/29/2008, with the Response date on or around 10/29/2008. BSM purchase request number: 0019571802, NSN: 5935-01-317-6470, Nomenclature: Maintenance Kit, Electrical. Approved source: GSE Holdings (0SMN2) part number JB 7173. All unapproved items/sources must submit a SAR package for approval. The solicitation will be posted on or around 9/29/2008 via our website, https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. Total quantity of the PR is 479 units, with 248 each being shipped to Tracy, CA and 231 each being shipped to New Cumberland, PA. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.
