Description

PROPOSALS SUBMITTED BY CONTRACTORS TO THE WESTERN FACILTIES SERVICE OFFICE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF CONTRACTOR HAS NOT PURCHASED THE SOLICITATION PACKAGE AND IS NOT LISTED ON THE USPS PLAN HOLDERS LIST MAINTAINED BY A&D REPROGRAPHICS. As stated in the initial solicitation announcement, interested parties were directed to purchase the solicitation package through A&D Reprographics. This firm maintains a list for the Western Facilities Service Office (WFSO) of contractors that have requested the package. If the WFSO office issues any Amendments to the solicitation, then A&D Reprographics is requested to mail the amendment(s) to firms from their (USPS) listing. Please note that if the solicitation was downloaded direct from a plan room, then you MAY NOT be receiving the necessary amendments for this solicitation. Contractors that plan on submitting a proposal for this project should contact A&D Reprographics, (303) 573-5757, to obtain the solicitation package.
