Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SPECIFICATIONS: The Utah National Guard has a requirement for 32 SecureOffice Thin-Client SIPRNET/NIPRNET Workstations w/software, monitors, and peripheral hardware; SecureOffice software licenses, maintenance agreements, and support services; 1 IBM X3550 DC Console Server; Produce Document Templates for DCID 6/3 or DITSCAP Accreditation; Engineering Support Services for SIPRNET C&A Accreditation as follows: 1.IBM X3550 CD Console Server 4 Networks (1 ea) 2.RHEL (1-2 sockets), Standard Support 1-4 Subscriptions 1 year of RHN maintenance, 24/7 technical support (1 ea) 3.SecureOffice NetTop2 Thin Client (NT2TC) Software license (up to 2 Networks) (Up to 2 CPUs) (SIPRnet-NIPRnet) (1 ea) 4.SecureOffice NetTop2 Thin Client (NT2TC) Maintenance Option (One year) (1 ea) 5.SecureOffice NetTop2 Thin Client NT2TC) License, per seat (32 ea) 6.Product Document Templates for DCID 6/3 or DITSCAP (1 ea) 7.HP Smart Buy T5735 Thin Client (32 ea) 8.PCI expansion module for T5730/T5735 (2 ea) 9.HP Matrox TC2-Lite G550 RPL Video Card (2 ea) 10.HP L1710 LCD Monitor, 17 (34 ea) 11.Athena Smartcard Reader USB (32 ea) 12.Engineering Support Services for site survey, pre-installation, installation and post installation support 13.Engineering Support Services (SIPR/NIPR) C&A Startup Support APPLICABLE PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES: The following clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference. EVALUATION FACTORS: The contract type for this procurement will be fixed price and award will be made on the basis of best value to the government, price and other factors considered. Selection will be based on the following evaluation factors, in order of importance: (1) offerors capability to provide quality items that meet the Governments needs; (2) past performance, caliber of offerors performance on previous contracts of a similar nature; and (3) total cost or price.
