- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 17, intends to negotiate and awardan anticipated sole source procurement to Arthrex Inc., 2885 S. Horseshoe Dr. Naples, Fl 34104, for instrumentation used in Arthrex Surgical Implant trays. This procurement will be processed under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than full and open competition, as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. NAICS Code is 423450, and the SBA standard is 100 employees. No solicitation will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
