Contractor First Article Testing Required -Clause I09A03 applies: ONE (1) UNIT- 90 days. Waived sources are: Har Inc. (19147 and R-H Industries (56089). Requested delivery is 165 days ADO to New Cumberland PA 17070-5002. 315 ADO with First Article Test. NSN requires ORIGIN Inspection and Acceptance and FOB Destination. Quotations must be submitted in written form. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 09/23/08 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
