- NSN 1620-00-299-1315, PR 0019527251; Item: Sleeve and Plunger. DSCR has a complete technical data package available for this NSN in the cFolders system. Approved sources for this NSN are: CAGE: 13002 Goodrich Corporation, CAGE:93835, Parker Hannifin Corporation, and CAGE: 76301 McDonnell Douglas Corporation under Cage/P/N: 76301:68A450935-1001. Any Manufacturer not listed above who wishes to become a source for this item must submit a complete Source Approval Request package. This procurement is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for a qty of 30 with no option. This item is a critical application item with the technical data package subject to export control. Government First Article Testing is required on this item. The First Article is to be delivered 120 days from date of award. Production Delivery will be 365 days from date of first article acceptance. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation opening date is 09/25/08, the close date is 10/27/08. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
