- Description
- REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING ROOF WITH NEW EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) ROOF SYSTEM. This acquisition will be a 100% set-aside for SDVOB in accordance with FAR Part 19.1405. Project is located at Lock and Dam #1, 5000 W. River Pkwy #1, Minneapolis, MN. 55417-1681. The work includes removal and salvage of existing ballast for the Lock and Dam use, removal and disposal of existing EPDM roof system, removal of the existing solar panel, curb and framing, installation of the new EPDM roof system including insulation (where required) and ballast and pavers. Finished work shall provide drainage to existing drains so standing water does not remain on top of roofing system. Replace all wood curb and cants with new treated lumber. Provide new flashing for all protrusions through the roof system and all work related to the roof system. A leakage test is required for all completed work. Work shall be completed by 15 November 2008. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical and estimated price is between $25,000 and $100,000.00
