Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F1TTAL8169A002 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 dated 12 Jun 08. This notice is not set-aside for small business. Funds are not presently available for this contract in accordance with FAR Clause 52.232-18. Request a quote on the following item(s) and quantity(s) manufactured by Liebert Corporation (BRAND NAME ONLY): 0001: 2 each, Air Handler Units (Manufacturer: Liebert, Part# FH302C-CAEI) 208 Volts, 60Hz, 3 phase deluxe system/3, nominal 15 ton chilled water cooled downflow system, 145,000 BTUH at 72 degrees, 50% RH. Includes remove, replace and dispose of the two existing units. Start up system with factory trained personnel. 1 Year parts and labor warranty. Clean worksite. Offerors shall provide a brand name only. Items are to be delivered FOB destination to 16 EWS, Bldg 68/Rm 11, Eglin AFB, FL 32542 for inspection and acceptance by an authorized government official.
