Description
Under the authority of the test program for commercial items (Section 4202 of the Clinger Cohen Act of 1996), it is the Governments intent to award a sole source contract to AtHoc, Inc., 1350 Bayshore Hwy #750, Burlingame, CA 94010, for the purchase of an AtHoc IWS Alert Enterprise Edition Network Alerting System 4C License, annual software assurance and technical support, on-site installation, system set-up, IT and operator training and associated server hardware and licenses, Dialogic NXT API Module License, annual software assurance for NXT API Module, installation, integration, and configuration of NXT API Module, GV/PA Integration Module License, annual software assurance for GV/PA Integration Module, installation, integration, and configuration of GV/PA Integration Module. AtHoc offers a combination of complete services for an emergency manage response system for natural disasters, major accidents or incidents and response on and off base and is compatible with other DoD implementations, affording the ability to seamlessly integrate. This notice is not a formal solicitation and not considered a request for quotation or proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Interested parties must respond by 2:00 p.m., September 15, 2008. The Government reserves the right to execute an award without publishing a solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses shall be clearly marked Alert System-W45C3C81711301 and emailed to carol.mack@us.army.mil.
