Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and the written solicitation is attached. The attached solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) # HHSI2462008Q0030. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24, effective 3/31/2008. This procurement is solicited on an unrestricted basis under NAICS code 621512 with a standard business size of $11.5M. Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price for each interpretation identified in the schedule of supplies/services for the base year plus the two option years. See the attached solicitation. Quotes shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items (Nov 2007) or indicate certifications in ORCA at https://orca@bpn,gov. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions—Commercial Items (Feb 2007), applies to this acquisition.
