Description

The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to answer three questions which were received regarding this acquisition. Question #1: What is the quantity solicited? Answer #1: A quantity of six (6) printers are solicited. Question #2: Is the Government seeking to purchase a multi-function machine or a single function machine? Answer #2: The Government seeks to purchase s SINGLE function, printer-only, machine. Question #3: Would you look at the H-P P4015x, which is faster, 53 ppm but has a limit of 2,600 sheets of input capacity? Answer #3: The H-P Model 4014X printer is an "or equal" printer. An "OR EQUAL" printer must meet or exceed ALL of the Government's listed minimum technical parameters. An "Or Equal" printer which does not meet or exceed ALL of the Government's minimum technical parameters is unacceptable. The Government's minimum physical, functional or technical parameters as listed in the original announcement as attachment "EXCEL 08-Q-1054 Or Equal" remain unchanged. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
