Description

The U.S. Census Bureau, Economic Statistical Methods and Programming Division (ESMPD)using Simplified Acquisiton procedures, intends to procure services on a time and materials basis for the following: The Contractor shall develop and provide customized trainings for the Division's managers in critical areas of need to include: Attracting, Engaging and Hiring Employees That Fit the Unique Census Bureau Culture, and Enhancing Performance and Productivity Management; Management Effectiveness of Managers within the Division and Directorate, per the attached Performance Work Statement. Interested and qualified parties may respond to this solicitation by submitting their proposal, with pricing, based on the attached Performance Work Statement, to Lisa Safewright via email to lisa.r.safewright@census.gov, or fax to 301-764-4624. Award will be made by Government Purcahse Order. Closing date for receipt of proposals is September 14, 2008.
