Description

The purpose of this amendment is to include a preamble note, required place of delivery for CLINs 0001AA, 0002AA, 0003AA, and 0004AA, and incorporate clause 52.232-18 as follows: A. Preamble Note: Repair L/Is (CLINs 0001AB, 0002AB, 0003AB, 0004AB) will be awarded but not funded at time of contract award. After the completion of test & evaluation, the contractor will provide the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) a quote for the actual repair, not exceeding the amount awarded on contract. The PCO will then negotiate and issue a modification, definitizing the actual repair cost of stated CLINs. B. The required place of delivery for CLINs 0001AA, 0002AA, 0003AA, and 0004AA is "SHIP IN PLACE"
