Description: Travis Air Force Base intends to award a sole source requirement for a preventive maintenance and calibration of Fuji CR Systems for one base, plus three option years. The solicitation number is F3Z4538170A003; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26 and Defense DCN 20080513. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219. The business size standard is 6.5 million. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is J065. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7699. Justification for a sole source includes the following: Fuji has no known authorized vendors or distributors. As the manufacturers of these devices, Fuji is the only known source able to provide the services required. Fuji is the only vendor with the fully developed ability to maintain this equipment and issue software revisions. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
