Description: This solicitation will be a Note 22 - This effort will be a modification to a Sole Source acquisition with JCB on an existing Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract for an additional estimated quantity of 200 armored B kits in support of the High Mobility Engineer Excavator (HMEE-I). The B-kit consists of armor panels to be hung on vehicles that will be deployed to support contingency operations such as OIF/OEF.
