- This requirement is for NSN 6130-01-508-3397, Analyzer- Charger, Battery which is identified by Eagle Picher Technologies, LLC. (81855) P/N MSD-970-1. RFP will cover requirements for an Firm Fixed Price Contract for a quantity of 139 each. RFP will contain a 100% Option for Increased Quantity. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 77 days ARO. FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. DLA Direct requirements only. RFP will be solicited as 'unrestricted'. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
