- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Prpoposal document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federl Acquisition circular 2005-12, effective August 2006. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business, the associated NAICS code is 541618 and small business size standard $6.5 M. The United States Marine Corps intends to award a firm fix price of this solicitation. The Regional Contracting Office, Northeast has a requirement for an independent, industry expert review of existing Inflatable Obstacle Courses designs within the Marine Corps Recruiting Command inventory.
