- Under authority of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c ) (1), the VA Medical Center in Dayton, OH intends to issue a sole source award to GE Healthcare for the de-installation and re-installation of GE Digital radiological x-ray equipment at the VA Facility located at 420 North James Road, Columbus, Ohio, 43219. The VA understands that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements and intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Solicitation packages are not available.
