- Q1700090601. This solicitation as well as any issued amendments will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about September 17, 2008. A PAPER SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Telephone, fax, or email requests for this solicitation will not be accepted. The work of this contract consists of providing all labor, transportation, tools, equipment and materials to furnish and install propane hot water baseboard heating systems, including boilers, baseboard and water heaters in four two-bedroom apartments in Schoodic Shores Apartments within the Schoodic District of Acadia National Park, Winter Harbor, Maine. Work must be completed by December 31, 2008. NAICS 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. This solicitation is set aside for Small Businesses. Estimated price is under $100,000. A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at 10:00 am. Meet at the entrance gate to the Schoodic Education and Research Center in Acadia National Park, Winter Harbor, Maine. Hard copy quote documents only shall be accepted for this solicitation (no faxed or electronic quote documents will be accepted). Quotes must be received at Acadia National Park, P. O. Box 177, Route 233, McFarland Hill, Bar Harbor, Maine 04609 by close of business on October 17, 2008. A complete quote package shall include completed SF 18, Request for Quotation and Line Item Summary with original signature and completed section K, Representations and Certifications.
