- FCI ENGLEWOOD intends to issue a RFQ40303-001-9 for 1st quarter FY09 susbsistence. The solictation will be issued on September 2nd 2008 with an anticipated closing date of September 12th 2008. This solicitation will be a total small business set-aside. The size standard for this solicitation is 500 employees. All deliveries are to be made by September 30th, 2008 unless otherwise noted. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
