- The U.S. Department of Energys National Energy Technology Laboratory(NETL) in Morgantown, WV, is publishing this Synopsis/Solicitation (request for price quotation) in accordance with FAR 5.203 (publicizing contract actions) and FAR 13.105. (simplified acquisitions) and FAR 12.603 (solicitation for commercial item). This Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ) is to request a price quotation for a stand alone injection seeder for Quanta-Ray PRO-290-10 ND:YAG laser as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) section of Attachment A. Attachment A: Salient characteristics of equipment being purchased. Attachment B: Fax cover sheet for all quotations, information requested on form must be submitted by all offerors whether faxed or emailed this form must be included with your bid.
