- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-09-Q0009a is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. (iv) This procurement is being issued as 100% Emerging Small Business set aside under NAICS code 561730 with a size standard of $6.5 million. (v) CLIN 1: Rototill Services to four (4) volleyball courts. Each volleyball court is approximately 3,200 square feet. (vi) CLIN 2: Rototill Services to the playground at Bama Park. The playground is approximately 1,170 square feet. (vii) CLIN 3: Rototill Services to the playground at the Child Development Center. The playground is approximately 14,337 square feet. (viii) CLIN 4: Rototill Services to the playground at the Community Center. The playground is approximately 1,600 square feet. (ix) CLIN 5: Rototill Services to the playground at Quijota Blvd. The playground is approximately 4,830 square feet. All services will take place on Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. Quotation shall include all applicable taxes and fees. (x) Period of Performance is 1 October 2008 through 30 September 2009. Place of Performance: Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707. (xi) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (xii) 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. (xiii) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.204-8 Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer. (xiv) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xv) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders - Commercial Items to include clauses 52.209-5 - Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Proposed Debarment, and Other Responsibility Matters, 52.209-6 -- Protecting the Governments Interest When Subcontracting with Contractors Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment, 52.232-33 - Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer - Central Contractor Registration, 52.247-34 - F.O.B.
